DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER is the evolution of Davidson, Breen & Doud founded in 1968. From its humble beginnings in a tiny building on State Street in Saginaw across from Green Acres Plaza, DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER has evolved and quickly expanded across the state, first to Michigan Ave. in Saginaw, then to Flint, Lansing, Pontiac, Grand Rapids, Detroit, and On-Demand anywhere in the state of Michigan. DSW WINS has become Michigan's #1 Workers' Compensation Law Group and we continue to fight daily to continue that tradition. Michael Doud, James Smith, & Richard Smith are DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER'S, namesake, Richard Doud, a founding member of Davidson, Breen & Doud, remains of counsel for DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER.

MICHAEL DOUD

A Michigan native, Mr. Doud grew up in Saginaw, graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School, Northern Michigan University, and Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He started practicing law in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. Mike lives on Saginaw Bay with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
